These terms cover use of DocPacker. By building a document or buying credits you agree to them.
What you are buying
Buying a pack buys credits. One credit clears the watermark from one document, whatever its page count. Credits are a one-time purchase, never expire, and carry no recurring charge. Building a document and previewing it with a watermark is free and requires no account.
Your documents and your content
The content you enter, upload or generate belongs to you. You are responsible for having the right to use any file you upload and for the accuracy of what you enter. Nothing is auto-filled: blank fields print blank, and the document title is taken from the name you give the file.
Templates are not legal advice
Rental applications, leases and addenda are working templates, not legal advice. Tenancy law differs by state and changes over time. Have a qualified attorney in your jurisdiction review any document before you rely on it.
Acceptable use
Do not use DocPacker to create documents intended to deceive, to impersonate another person or business, or to process content you have no right to process. Documents that breach these terms may be removed and accounts or devices blocked.
Limits and retention
Finalizing documents is rate limited per day by tier, counted to midnight in the America/Chicago time zone. Watermarked drafts are removed on the schedule shown on each saved document. Keep your own copy of any file you need permanently.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the product changes. The version in force is the one published on this page when you use the service.
