Pricing questions
Do credits expire?
No. Every pack is a one-time purchase and the credits sit in your wallet until you use them. There is no monthly reset, no renewal and nothing to cancel.
What counts as one document?
One clean file, whatever its length. A twelve-page lease packet uses one credit, and so does a single-page receipt.
Why is there a $1 first document?
It exists so a first-time visitor can run the whole flow once, from preview to clean download, before buying a pack. It is available through checkout only, limited to three claims per network per day, and it is never added to an in-app balance.
Do I need an account to check out?
No. Checkout is guest checkout. Enter the email address that should receive the receipt, and the same email carries a restore link that brings your documents and credits back on another device.
Can I get a refund?
Credits are consumed when you remove the watermark to create the clean file, so an unused pack can be refunded. Once a credit has been consumed, that clean file has been delivered and the credit cannot be returned.
Is this a subscription?
No. There is no recurring charge and no plan to manage. You buy documents when you need them, and larger packs simply cost less per document.
