Refund policy
Credits are consumed when you remove the watermark to create the clean file, so an unspent pack can be refunded. Here is exactly how that works.
Before a credit is spent
If none of the credits in a pack have been used, contact us within 14 days of purchase and the pack will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
After a credit is spent
Once a credit has been spent, that document has been delivered as a clean file. That credit cannot be refunded. Any unspent credits in the same pack remain refundable on the same 14 day basis.
Failed or duplicated payments
If a payment succeeded but credits did not appear, the purchase is verified against the payment provider and the credits are granted or the charge refunded. A duplicated charge for the same pack is refunded.
How to ask
Reply to the receipt email from your purchase. It reaches the same inbox that handled the order, and quoting the pack name and date makes it quick to find.
