Privacy policy
This page explains what is stored when you build a document, buy credits or share a link, and how long each of those things is kept.
Documents you build
A document holds the fields you placed, the values you entered and the page size you chose. An uploaded PDF is stored privately and is only retrievable through a short-lived signed link. Watermarked drafts are removed 14 days after creation without an account, after 90 days of inactivity on a free account, and after 365 days of inactivity once you have bought credits.
Device identity
Without an account, your documents and credits are tied to a random identifier held in your browser. It contains nothing about you and is not used for advertising. Clearing site data detaches that identifier, which is why a restore link exists.
Payments
Card details are entered on the payment provider's checkout page and never reach this application. We store the email address used at checkout, the pack bought, the amount, and the resulting credit ledger so a purchase can be verified and restored.
Your email address is used to send the receipt and restore link for a purchase, and nothing else. There is no marketing list and no newsletter.
Shared links
If you create a share link, anyone holding it can open the form and submit answers. Answers are stored against your document and are visible to you. Share links can be revoked by deleting the document.
Your choices
You can delete any document from your library at any time, which removes it and its responses. You can also clear your browser storage to detach the device identifier.
