The fastest route to a human is the receipt email from your purchase: replying to it reaches the same inbox that handled the order.
Purchases and credits
Reply to your receipt with the pack name, the date and the email address used at checkout. If credits did not appear after a payment, include the checkout confirmation and the purchase is verified against the payment provider.
Restore links
If you do not have your restore link, reply to any receipt from the same address and one will be sent again. Restoring brings your documents and remaining credits to the device you open the link on.
A document that will not export
Say which template or uploaded file it was, the page size you selected, and what the preview looked like. Field placement and page size problems are usually reproducible from that description alone.
Refunds
Refunds follow the refund policy: unspent credits are refundable within 14 days, spent credits are not, because the document has already been delivered.
